Mr. Warnock is the co-founder of Camden Partners with over 25 years of investment experience with a focus on business and educational sectors. He also serves as director of numerous Camden Portfolio companies and on the board of directors for others including Towne Park, Ltd. a past recipient of the Deal of the Year. David is also currently running as a candidate for Mayor of Baltimore.
