Accessibility statement

The site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This page says what has been done, where the gaps are, and how to report a barrier.

Standard WCAG 2.2 AAReviewed October 2026Report Contact form

What has been done

  • Pages use headings, landmarks, a skip link, and a menu button that works with a keyboard.
  • Text and controls meet the AA contrast ratio; focus is always visible.
  • Every photograph has a text description, and no text is carried in images.
  • Forms have visible labels, linked hints and no timed or image-based challenge.
  • Pages reflow to a narrow screen and zoom to 200% without losing content.
  • Fonts are served from this site.

Known limitations

  • Archived posts and pages keep their original wording and structure. Some use tables or phrases such as “click here” as originally written.
  • Charts and slides in archived posts are images with a written description, not data tables.
  • The republished report PDF is a Johns Hopkins document hosted as received and may not be fully accessible.
  • Links to other organisations’ sites lead to pages outside this site’s control.

Reporting a problem

If something on the site is hard to use, tell the Club through the contact form, with the page address and what happened. Reports are read by the organiser and fixed where possible.

Status
